child parent speed adjustment

hey there im writing in hopes you can help me with a question that i have, is it possible to make a child bone or controller follow the parent bone or controller, at half the speed of the parent? if so how can you do it?

That's a bit tricky to do with expressions, but it will be available in Duik 16 in a very simple tool
