Where's my Orientation Constraint button?

Where's my Orientation Constraint button?

My DuIK (v16.0.4) is set to Expert, yet I still don't see the Orientation Constraint button in the Links & Constraints menu. How do I get it to show up?

Update Duik to the latest version first, and we'll see if there's still stuff missing ;)
