can't install DUIK

can't install DUIK

i have downloaded the plug-in for animation for windows 10 on Pc but i can't install it .. i opened the file then a black window appeared then disappeared suddenly .. how can i solve this problem ?

Installation instructions are available :
- On the download page of Duik
- in the user guide : http://duik-docs.rainboxprod.coop
- in the readme.txt file in the zip archive you have downloaded
