IK clockwise on and off no Bezier curve

Hi,
I'm trying to switch my foot from IK Clockwise to other way but there is no Bezier curve that I can manipulate on graph so it's a very rigid jump from one key frame to the next. You can see image lower right they are greyed out. Thanks!
