after many times tests, I found out the reason why it doesn't work, the reason is:
I scale up the elements in after effect instead of ready the correct size of the body parts in ai,
cause my drawing in AI is smaller than the comp I make, so when I import to AE, I scale them up, then start to rig,
that is the problem
