Copy anim/paste anim not working

The very useful buttons "Copy anim" and "Paste anim" are no longer working for me. If I select a group of keyframes across multiple layers, hit Copy Anim, move to a different part of the comp, then Paste Anim, the keyframes are not pasted at the new location. I think this is just since I installed the current version. Has anybody else found this problem?

I've just tested here and it seems to work well

What is your version of After Effects? Win or Mac?

Can you post a screenshot of the timeline so that I can see what are the properties you're copying keyframes from?
