Installation Warning

Two warnings came up when I clicked to install Duik. The first said it was a file that 'was known to take control of computers for ransomware' which came from my Trend Micro protection, while I tried again, that went away and now another warning it is an unsafe program and unrecognizable. Should I be concerned or is Windows just not recognizing this -

I think the first warning was a false positive.
And for the second one, yes it is because duik is not signed to be recognized by windows. Don't worry, you can safely install it
