bug in the walk cycle menu ?

when selecting the body parts in the walk cycle drop down menu, it does not assign the one you click on.
instead a random body part is selected from the menu,for example, i will choose a foot and it will assign the spine instead. i need to basically select wrong parts at random until the correct body part is assigned
