Turn auto rig walk cycle into run cycle?

Is there a way to turn an auto rig walk cycle into a run cycle - aside from setting it up manually (without using the auto rig)? I could not find anything about this on the forum. Thank you.

Hi, you could try to adjust the parameters of the walk cycle in its effects panel. You might have to make some manual adjustments so it really look like a real run.
