I have a rigged character with Walk Cycle applied. Legs animate and walk speed responds to changes applied in Walk Cycle settings. However the body up/down motion doesn't respond, regardless of setting. Body seems to be pinned at its After Effects center point. What might cause this?

Difficult to say without seeing the timeline and how/if the body is correctly connected to the walk cycle.
