Rotation Morph & Bezier IK??

Hi, I'm new to DUIK and looking at some older tutorials that mention Bezier IK and Rotation morph. I can't seem to find them in the latest version, could someone point me to where they are or what feature replaced them? Also a current tutorial on them woul be great too! Thanks!

I was hoping for more specific information than simply being referred to some video tutorials (2 of which I already did) and the entire online manual.
