Ahh, I see!

I think I just moved the controllers way too much. :roll:
If the movement is smaller, the rig makes sense.

There is no need to attach the bones to the artwork, because that is already done by the pins. So, the link-tree is: artwork -> pins -> bones -> structure.

This only works because of the pins. On a layered artwork, you have to attach the layers to the structure.

You screen recording is cropped - hard to tell what is going on this way.

When you duplicated your comp, did you check "update expressions"? Also, have you tried to purge memory and restart the computer?
